With the presence of the representative of Duhok Governor (Mr. Mohhamed Ali Ahmed ) and a representative from Duhok court  the inspector (Hikmat Abdulsamad) .an election been held in September 27th 2012 , to elect a new administrative board for Kurdistan Civil Rights organization.
The election process started through opening the door of nomination for the members within a democratic and a calm atmosphere ,7 members elected themselves then the direct voting process been conducted through secret ballots .
After the completion of voting, the counting process been started on public and the results been announced as following:
1.    Othman Ali Othman -26 vote / member
2.    Haval Shafeeq Hasan -25 vote /member
3.    Zhegir Abid Saleem -25 vote /member
4.    Farhad Saleem Mohammed -24 vote/member
5.    Rizgar Basheer Mohammed Ameen-17 vote/ member
6.    Adnan Mahmood Abdulrahman -19 vote-substitute member
7.    Hishyar Haji Taher -5 vote- substitute member

Then the new Board of Kurdistan Civil Rights Organization been announced and approved.
